Request PropX Account Deletion

This page is the public PropX account deletion resource required for Google Play listings. Users can request deletion of their PropX account and associated data without signing back into the app.

Applies to PropX websites, web dashboards, mobile APIs, and iOS and Android app experiences. Last updated March 27, 2026.

How To Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your PropX account, email us using the button above or send your request to our support address with the subject line PropX account deletion request.

  • Use the email address registered to your PropX account whenever possible.
  • Include your registered email address and phone number if available.
  • If you have an active subscription, open agreement, payment dispute, or unresolved verification review, mention it in the request so we can complete the deletion safely.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request.
  • Once verified, we will disable access to the account and begin deletion or anonymization of associated personal data.
  • If additional steps are needed before deletion can be completed, such as subscription closure or legal hold review, our support team will explain them in the same support thread.

What We Delete

  • Core account profile data such as your name, email, phone number, profile image, and session access records.
  • Optional profile fields such as occupation, company name, budget preferences, and preferred locations.
  • Saved shortlist data, notifications, and data used solely to operate your account profile.
  • Uploaded verification files and other account-linked uploads unless they must be retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute-handling reasons.
  • Where feasible, we also delete or de-identify personal data contained in associated enquiries, agreements, support requests, and operational logs that no longer need to be kept.

What We May Need To Retain

Some records cannot always be deleted immediately. PropX may retain limited data when it is necessary for:

  • tax, accounting, invoice, subscription, or payment compliance
  • fraud prevention, abuse investigation, and security logging
  • open disputes, legal claims, regulatory requests, or law-enforcement obligations
  • records needed to protect other users or preserve transaction history in a lawful and proportionate way

Processing Time

We aim to review verified deletion requests promptly and normally complete them within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer where payment close-out, legal review, or fraud-prevention checks are required.
