Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to PropX services, including our public website, user dashboards, iOS and Android app experiences, and the APIs that power account, listing, verification, enquiry, subscription, and payment workflows.
By using PropX, you agree that we may process your information as described here, subject to applicable law and platform requirements such as Apple App Store privacy expectations and Google Play's User Data and account deletion rules.
Data We Collect
- Account and identity data. Name, email address, phone number, role, password hash, one-time password details, session records, and login timestamps.
- Profile data. Profile image, occupation, company name, income and budget details, family size, pet ownership, and preferred locations when you choose to provide them.
- Property and listing data. Listing titles, descriptions, addresses, locality details, map coordinates, prices, features, media uploads, and owner contact preferences.
- Verification data. Identity and compliance documents uploaded for tenant or property verification, review remarks, and certificate references.
- Communication data. Enquiries, chat messages, agreement requests, maintenance requests, notifications, and support submissions you send through PropX.
- Transaction and billing data. Subscription plan details, payment status, Razorpay order or payment references, invoice details, and related billing metadata.
- Usage data. Property views, shortlist activity, feature usage limits, last-login timestamps, and other records needed to operate subscriptions and platform security.
How We Use Data
- Create and authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, and secure user access.
- Publish, manage, and moderate listings, enquiries, agreements, verifications, and maintenance workflows.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and payment events.
- Send service notifications, respond to support issues, and investigate misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- Maintain auditability, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our platform rules.
Retention and Deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, process payments, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
When we receive and verify an account or data deletion request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data that is no longer required. Some records may need to be retained, such as invoices, payment references, fraud-prevention logs, or records tied to legal claims or open agreements.

Your Choices
- You can review and update much of your profile information after signing in.
- You can request deletion of your full PropX account and associated data through the public delete-account page.
- You can request deletion of selected personal data while keeping your account active through the delete-data page.
- If we must retain limited records for compliance, billing, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, we will explain that in the deletion process.
