How To Request Specific Data Deletion
Email us using the button above and tell us exactly which data you want removed. Using the email registered on your PropX account helps us verify the request faster.
If you want us to remove everything tied to your account, use the Delete Account page instead.
Examples Of Data You Can Ask Us To Delete
- profile image and optional tenant profile details
- saved shortlist items and similar convenience data
- uploaded verification documents that are no longer needed
- support submissions or other optional personal information not required for account maintenance
- other account-linked personal data that is not required for billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling

- payment, invoice, and subscription records
- records needed to comply with tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
- security, abuse-prevention, and fraud-investigation logs
- records tied to open agreements, disputes, court orders, or lawful requests
Processing And Follow-Up
