By accessing or using PropX, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use PropX on behalf of a business or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use PropX websites, dashboards, mobile apps, or APIs.

• You must provide accurate and current account information, including the mobile number or email associated with your PropX account.
• You are responsible for keeping your OTPs, credentials, and device access secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding transactions to use paid, listing, agreement, or verification workflows.
• We may request additional information to verify identity, ownership, or authority before enabling sensitive actions.

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings, pricing, descriptions, media, and claims you publish through PropX.
• If you publish a listing as an owner, landlord, tenant, broker, builder, or representative, you must have the legal right and necessary permissions to do so.
• PropX may review, moderate, reject, suspend, or remove listings, verification submissions, or user-generated content that appear misleading, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform rules.
• Agreement templates, verification tools, and transaction workflows are provided to support operations, but they do not replace independent legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice.
• Users remain responsible for reviewing transaction documents, confirming counterparties, and ensuring that any agreement they sign is appropriate for their specific transaction.

• Paid plans, ad products, and other billable features are offered at the prices, limits, and billing terms shown at the time of purchase.
• Payments may be processed through third-party providers. You agree to comply with the applicable provider terms for payment processing, charge handling, and dispute resolution.
• Usage limits, plan features, or paid promotion benefits may change if a plan is upgraded, downgraded, cancelled, expires, or is suspended for policy reasons.
• Refunds, reversals, and credits are handled according to applicable law, provider rules, and any specific commitments shown at checkout or in plan documentation.

You must not use PropX to:

• publish false, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized property information
• harass, abuse, spam, or impersonate other users, staff, or third parties
• attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or exploit the service
• upload malicious files, scrape data unlawfully, or use PropX in violation of law or regulation
• circumvent moderation, subscription limits, billing controls, or verification requirements

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain platform integrity.

You can request account deletion through the public Delete Account page. Some data may need to be retained for security, legal, payment, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes as described in our privacy policy.

• PropX is a technology platform that facilitates discovery, communication, workflow management, and related property operations. We do not guarantee transaction completion, tenant suitability, property condition, legal title, or investment outcomes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropX disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from platform use.
